Refund Policy

The Luxlisa Co. Refund & Return Policy

Digital Products: Due to the immediate, digital nature of our planners and journals, all digital sales are final. Once a file is downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. We encourage you to review all product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
 

Physical Products (Print-on-Demand): Our physical products are custom-printed through our partner, Printful.

  • Damages/Issues: If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at [Your Email] within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

  • Buyer’s Remorse: Because each item is printed specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size/style selection.

Shipping Policy

Fulfillment Time: Our physical products are printed to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your item ships.
 

  • Shipping Rates & Estimates: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the United States.

  • International Shipping: Currently, physical products (Notepads and Hardcover Journals) are available for shipping within the United States only.

  • Digital Delivery: Digital planners and trackers are delivered instantly via email or your customer dashboard upon payment confirmation.

FAQ'S

  • Yes! Our planners are optimized for PDF annotation apps like GoodNotes, Notability, and Xodo on iPad, Android, or Surface Pro.

  • A download link is sent to your email immediately after purchase. You can also log into your Luxlisa account to view your library.

  • If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, don't hesitate to get in touch with us. We will work with the carrier to locate it or issue a replacement.

  • Our digital planners are designed for paperless use, but you can certainly print individual pages for your personal use!

  • At this time, we only offer our curated Luxlisa collections to ensure the highest quality of the "Evolution" experience.
